Solid Snake’s Holistic Prescription
Angelina Jolie: Snake… I’ve seen too much war. Too many refugee camps. Too much suffering. Sometimes it feels like the world is sick.

Solid Snake: That’s because it is.
(Snake reaches into his pack and unfolds a worn certificate.)
Solid Snake: This is my Scholastico Holistic Health Practitioner certificate. It reminds me that healing isn’t just about treating symptoms. You treat the mind, the body, and the soul together.
Angelina Jolie: So what’s your diagnosis?
Solid Snake: Chronic civilization fatigue. People breathe polluted air, eat dead food, work themselves into exhaustion, and wonder why their spirits are breaking.
Angelina Jolie: And your prescription?
Solid Snake: Clean air. Pure water. Nutritious food. Rest. Community. Purpose. Hope.
Angelina Jolie: Sounds almost too simple.
Solid Snake: The best medicine usually is.
Angelina Jolie: You always have another mission, don’t you?
Solid Snake: I do. I call it Electric Avenue.
Angelina Jolie: What’s that?
Solid Snake: My dream for East Vancouver. Quiet electric buses. Electric delivery trucks. Tree-lined streets. Community gardens. Parks where children hear birds instead of traffic. Streets where people can breathe instead of coughing through diesel exhaust.
Angelina Jolie: A city designed for healing.
Solid Snake: Exactly. If we’re serious about helping people—including actors, musicians, nurses, construction workers, everyone—we have to build places that don’t make them sick in the first place.
Angelina Jolie: Los Angeles could learn from that.
Solid Snake: Too many stars spend their lives crawling through smog-choked superhighways, trading years of health for another red carpet. Fame shouldn’t require inhaling pollution every day.
Angelina Jolie: You think changing a city could change people?
Solid Snake: Cities shape habits. Habits shape health. Health shapes hope.
Angelina Jolie: Mind, body, and soul.
Solid Snake: That’s the mission. Heal the person—and build a world that helps them stay well.
