LOGLINE: In both the ancient world and the modern age, the seeds of discord are sown. Eris, the Goddess of Chaos, resurfaces in a war-torn present-day landscape to challenge humanity’s obsession with power and division. As Ares stokes the flames of conflict, Eris orchestrates a new “Judgment of Paris” that will determine the fate of mankind.
ACT 1: THE GOLDEN APPLE
Ancient Greece, Mount Olympus— The gods feast in Zeus’ grand hall. Amidst the celebration, Eris arrives uninvited, casting the fateful golden apple upon the table. Inscribed: To the Fairest. Aphrodite, Athena, and Hera clash over its ownership. Zeus, unwilling to choose, commands the mortal Paris of Troy to judge.
Modern Day— War zones flash across news screens. The world teeters on the edge of global conflict. In a luxurious penthouse, Eris observes with amusement, sipping wine as governments and corporations manipulate society into chaos. She whispers into the ears of leaders, planting seeds of unrest.
Meanwhile, Ares thrives in the modern battlefield, embodying ruthless military generals, warlords, and arms dealers. He relishes human nature’s appetite for war, while Zeus, now depicted as a weary world leader, struggles to keep order.
ACT 2: HISTORY REPEATS
In the modern age, the “Golden Apple” manifests as a critical decision—a technological advancement with the power to either save or destroy civilization. Three powerful factions—represented by a tech CEO (Aphrodite, promising beauty and pleasure), a general (Athena, pushing strategy and defense), and a ruthless politician (Hera, craving control)—compete for its dominion.
Eris, watching from the shadows, nudges humanity toward division, orchestrating protests, cyber-attacks, and betrayals. Ares plays his role, escalating violence, reveling in the chaos. Paris, now a disillusioned journalist, finds himself caught between truth and propaganda, pressured to choose which path humanity will follow.
ACT 3: THE FALL OF ORDER
As war erupts both in the streets and in cyberspace, the gods descend—some to guide, others to manipulate. Zeus calls for an end to the madness, but even he cannot control the discord Eris has sown. She challenges humanity’s leaders: If you cannot learn from the past, then you will repeat it.
Paris, standing before the world, must make his judgment. He sees through the deception—realizing that true power lies not in war, beauty, or wisdom, but in unity. He casts the golden apple into the fire, refusing to play their game.
Eris smiles. “Perhaps there is hope for them yet.”
Ares, enraged, marches into battle. Zeus intervenes. The gods clash in the skies above, while below, the world teeters between salvation and destruction.
EPILOGUE: CHAOS OR BALANCE?
The war ceases—not because of gods, but because humanity chooses peace. The modern Troy is spared. Ares vanishes, defeated for now. Eris, amused, disappears into the shadows, knowing chaos will always return.
As Paris walks through the ruined city, a whisper echoes in the wind:
“If you want peace, prepare for war.”
The gods watch as humanity steps forward, uncertain but determined, in the eternal struggle between order and discord.
FADE TO BLACK.
